When does Safivio launch?

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. The tablet app is offline-first — inspections are captured and stored locally, with nothing lost if there’s no signal. Everything syncs to the central server automatically once a connection is available.

Can several inspectors work under one company account?

Yes. A company tenant can have any number of inspectors. Everyone can view every inspection in the tenant, but only the inspector who created an inspection can edit or send it — so authorship is never in doubt.

What happens if an inspector’s tablet breaks?

Once the old tablet has synced, revoke it and enrol a replacement with the same enrolment code. All inspections, clients, report templates and signatures download to the new tablet, and the inspector signs in with the same username — ownership of their past inspections follows them across.

Can I use my own report template and logo?

Yes. Each inspector uploads their own .docx template — company logo or sole-trader branding — and captures a digital signature. The platform validates the template’s placeholders on upload so a typo can’t quietly break a report.

Is it suitable for a sole-trader inspector?

Absolutely. The platform scales down to a single inspector on one tablet and up to a company with many inspectors and tablets — same product, you only pay for the plan size you need.

Is my data private between inspectors and companies?

Each company’s data is fully isolated to its own tenant. Within a tenant, SMTP/email credentials are private to each inspector, and a lost or departed tablet’s access can be revoked instantly.
